Favorite Food: Fried Tilapia
Catherine, a long time Las Vegas native, has a love for food and particularly enjoys authentic African cuisine. She pays thoughtful attention to ingredients and subtle flavors. She curates WaTu and Co menus and has a knack for selecting crowd-pleasing dishes.
In addition to Catherine’s entrepreneurship, she is the Campus Director of Arizona College, School of Nursing and currently earning her doctorate in Leadership and Change. Catherine is excited to represent her heritage and introduce a new dining experience to Las Vegas and beyond.
